The situation in the Middle East is tragic. UC San Diego is a place of inclusion, belonging and mutual support. We offer a variety of supportive resources that we encourage you to use during these extremely challenging times.
Support for Students
Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS): Students seeking immediate mental health and coping support are encouraged to reach out to CAPS, which provides free, confidential counseling and crisis services and community forums for registered UC San Diego students. CAPS can also be reached at (858) 534-3755.

Support for Employees
Faculty and Staff Assistance Program (FSAP): Campus employees, staff and postdocs can contact FSAP, a confidential Employee Assistance Program that provides a variety of services. FSAP can also be reached at (858) 534-5523.
UC San Diego Health Employees: Review information pertaining to the Employee Assistance Program on Health HR's website or call (866) 808-6205 (use company code UCSDMC).
UC San Diego Residents and Fellows: Anthem Blue Cross Behavioral Health Resource Center is available 24/7 for trainees at 844-792-5141. Additional resources are available on the Graduate Medical Education website.
